New Roots isn't a food-distribution site. It's a space led by the people who use it — community members help plan crops, run the farmstand, teach cooking workshops and mentor others coming up behind them.
Last year, this work meant:
- More than 8,000 pounds of produce grown
- Over 400 newcomers and neighbors served
- About 140 food shares distributed each week
- 18 workshops on planting, cooking, composting and more
Your gift helps keep the farm growing — supporting fresh, culturally meaningful food, hands-on skills training, and the kind of community leadership that lasts well beyond a single harvest.
