UKRAINE CRISIS: More families forced to evacuate | International Rescue Committee
IRC

All Gifts Matched

Situation Update:The collapse of a major dam on the Dnipro River has forced thousands to evacuate as floodwaters rise. The vital piece of infrastructure was the largest water reservoir in the country and supplied water for much of southeastern Ukraine including a hydro-electric power plant. The dam’s collapse will have devastating impacts as people who have already suffered a year of intense hostilities are forced to flee and access to clean water becomes scarce.

Since the escalation of the conflict in February 2022, the IRC has been supporting families in Ukraine by providing essential protection services, supplying health facilities with equipment and aid, operating a mobile health clinic and ensuring families have cash and basic necessities.

Your support is greatly needed to help the IRC deliver critical supplies to refugees and displaced families, in Ukraine and 40+ countries around the world.

Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, all gifts will be matched up to $10,000. Donate now and your gift will be doubled.
