Families are fleeing violence and persecution for the United States. Some are trapped in border towns in Mexico, where the International Rescue Committee is scaling up support to local partners. Others have crossed into the U.S. where the International Rescue Committee is providing food, water, basic medical assistance, legal counseling and overnight shelter.
