The IRC warns that increased conflict could spell tragedy for Afghanistan, where 18 million people are already in dire need of humanitarian assistance.

At the same time tens of thousands of Afghans have left the country and sought refuge elsewhere, including the United States, with little else but the clothes on their backs.

There is a dire need for basic assistance – shelter, food, healthcare and sanitation – among the many Afghan refugees who are arriving in the United States.

To draw attention to these needs Ipsos North America is supporting the IRC’s response to the Afghanistan crisis with a $10,000 contribution, and would like to encourage employees to show their support to help match this contribution.
